Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship building.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to drive business growth.
  • Schedule e-meeting with prospects/clients and giving presentations.
  • Communicate with prospects/clients for project understanding and requirement gathering.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business development.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to manager, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Working in the IT services sector

Requirements:

  • Good & Fluent written and spoken English command
  • Exposure to international market.
  • Self-motivated and able to take initiative to solve problems.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • A positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to learn and grow with the team.
