Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, translating their business objectives into clear technical workflows and actionable tasks.
- Lead cross-functional teams—including developers, designers, and QA—to deliver scalable Shopify Plus solutions aligned with project goals.
- Plan and execute projects using agile methodologies, managing timelines, budgets, sprints, and resource allocation.
- Architect and implement end-to-end Shopify Plus solutions, leveraging APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations for automation and performance.
- Use no-code/low-code platforms like n8n, Make.com, Airtable, Glide, and Retool to create efficient, scalable system workflows and applications.
- Step in as a hands-on technical leader when needed, writing or debugging code and resolving complex issues during critical project phases.
- Design and manage relational and NoSQL database architectures, handling data modeling, ETL pipelines, and performance optimization.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, system specs, and post-project analysis.
- Continuously evaluate and integrate new tools, frameworks, or technologies to improve project delivery and team efficiency.
- Ensure all solutions adhere to best practices in scalability, performance, security, and Shopify Plus standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a strong technical background.
- Hands-on expertise with Shopify Plus, including APIs, customizations, and integrations.
- Proficiency in no-code/low-code tools, such as: n8n, Make.com, Glide, Bubble, Airtable, Zapier, Retool, and Appgyver.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, or similar) for troubleshooting and development.
- Advanced database expertise, including:
- Designing and managing complex databases.
- Query optimization and handling large-scale datasets.
- Familiarity with task management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira) and agile methodologies.
